- Users may not use Myven for crime, unlawful activity, promotion of illegal goods or services, distribution of illegal information, or execution, instruction, or facilitation of unlawful acts.
- Myven prohibits phishing, fake customer support, false sales, investment, or hiring offers, fake reviews or recommendations, false authority claims, and impersonation of people or organizations.

- Myven prohibits unauthorized bulk messages, automated account creation, macros, bots, scrapers, abnormal clicks, views, reports, follows, or recommendations, Captcha or rate-limit circumvention, and repeated conduct that disrupts service operations.
- Myven prohibits low-value mass pages, link networks, fake reviews, hidden links, undisclosed advertising content, and other conduct intended to manipulate search ranking, backlinks, recommendations, reviews, ratings, traffic, or external reputation.

Links, Public Profiles, and Automation
- Public profiles, social links, sponsored links, landing pages, QR codes, and redirect links may not be used for phishing, malware, rights infringement, illegal goods or services, fake reviews, search-ranking manipulation, or backlink manipulation.
- Instagram automated messages and links must comply with Instagram policies, advertising disclosures, recipient consent, opt-out requirements, night-time sending limits, and other applicable laws and platform policies.
- Myven’s handling of provider windows, rate limits, and permission states does not by itself guarantee compliance with advertising, spam, or platform-policy requirements.
- Content provided in exchange for payment, discounts, free goods, affiliate relationships, or sponsorships must be clearly disclosed where required, and fake reviews, hidden advertising, reputation laundering, and ranking manipulation are prohibited.
Actions and Appeals
- Depending on the violation, repetition, harm scale, urgency, and applicable law or third-party platform policy, the Company may remove content, limit visibility, disable links, stop automation workflows, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, or apply related-account restrictions.
- For clear severe harm, account takeover, phishing, malware, minor-safety harm, or lawful requests where prior notice is difficult or harm must be contained, the Company may apply restrictions before notice.
- If a user believes a restriction was applied in error, the user may submit the reason, restoration request, and relevant materials through the appeal path provided by the Company.
- The Company reviews available information, including reports, rights requests, internal review, third-party platform notices, and lawful requests, to the extent necessary.
Reports and Records
- If content or links appear to violate this policy, users may use the report or rights-request path provided by the Company.
- The Company may retain report details, target summaries, action history, audit logs, evidence hashes, or separated preservation records to the minimum extent necessary for law, security, dispute response, and report handling.
- Sensitive original content, reporter information, and operator notes are limited to people with a need to know, and the scope and period of retention may vary depending on applicable law, the Privacy Policy, security needs, and dispute-response needs.
- This policy does not guarantee that every report will be handled within a specific period or result in a specific action.
